Invitation to Bid – 911 Base Station Upgrade

REQUEST FOR BIDS

Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Fallon County, Montana on the 4th day of August 2025 at nine fifteen o’clock (9:15) AM , in their office at the Fallon County Courthouse, 10 W. Fallon Ave, Baker, MT will receive sealed bids for the following.

Purchase, program, and installation of 6 GTR 8000 Base radio stations, meeting certain specifications.

A detailed list of specifications may be obtained by contacting the Disaster & Emergency Services & 911 Coordinator’s office located in the Emergency Operations Center at 10 W Fallon Ave, P.O. Box 846, Baker, MT 59313 or by calling 406-778-8121.

No bid will be considered unless, accompanied by a bid bond, in the amount of not less than (10) percent of the total bid. Bid will be presented in a sealed envelope containing a complete copy of the bid and specifications clearly marked.

The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities, or to accept any bid they deem to be in the best interest of Fallon County.
