Baker Rural District January 2023 Meeting
THE REGULAR SCHEDULED BAKER RURAL DISTRICT MEETING WAS HELD JANUARY 5, 2023 AT 7:00 P.M. AT 8254 HIGHWAY 12 IN THE RURAL DISTRICT OFFICE.
PRESENT: Chairman; Turk Stark, Vice Chairman; Randy Hoenke, Treasurer; Dick Chester, Trustee; Chris Meccage, Trustee; Fred Hoff, Fire Chief; Tom Bruha, Secretary; Stephanie Croy
Motion was made by Chris to approve the presented minutes of the December 6, 2022 meeting. Motion was 2nd by Dick. Motion carried. All Aye
OLD BUSINESS:
Tom said the weather we have had put off the work on the Def Systems in the 2 trucks. He still plans to come work on the Def systems.
During the cold spell of weather, we had the generator did have some issues. Tom was able to have TW Tech talk him through to get the generator going. They are planning to come and do the yearly service.
NEW BUSINESS:
The wash bay door is having some issues. Tom has contacted a door repair out of Miles City. They will be coming down to look at the door.
Dick had stepped down from Assistant Fire Chief for the department. Tom announced that Bryce Kramlick is now the new Assistant Fire Chief.
Fred made the motion to pay the bills. Randy 2nd the motion.
The following claims were approved to be paid:
Being there no further business to come before the board. Dick made the motion to adjourn the meeting. Fred 2nd the motion. Motion Carried. All Aye. Meeting adjourned at 7:36 P.M.
