Baker Rural Fire District – April 2024 Meeting
THE REGULAR SCHEDULED BAKER RURAL DISTRICT MEETING WAS HELD APRIL 4, 2024 AT 7:00 P.M. AT 8254 HIGHWAY 12 IN THE RURAL DISTRICT OFFICE.
PRESENT: Chairman; Turk Stark, Vice Chairman; Randy Hoenke, Treasurer; Dick Chester, Trustee; Fred Hoff, Trustee; Chris Meccage, Fire Chief; Tom Bruha, Secretary; Stephanie Croy
A motion was made to approve the presented minutes of the March 7, 2024, meeting by Randy. The motion was 2nd by Dick. Motion carried. All Aye.
OLD BUSINESS:
Wash Bay will be completed on April 5th. They removed all the sheetrock and bad beams. Unit #490 the tank will be in at the end of April. The sale of the fiberglass tank cannot be put into Capital Projects needs to go into Sale of Fixed Assets. Tab was able to fix the South Towers lights. It now has the day and night lights.
NEW BUSINESS:
Top Gun Asphalt is getting a quote together to seal and fix cracks in South and West parking lots.
Fred made the motion to pay the bills. Chris 2nd the motion.

There being no further business to come before the board. Dick made the motion to adjourn the meeting. Fred 2nd the motion. Motion Carried. All Aye. The meeting adjourned at 7:32 P.M.
