8:55 AM Julie Straub, HRM joined the meeting.

9:00 AM Commissioner Braun joined the meeting via teleconference.

Golf Course Superintendent Position- After interviews, it is recommended to hire Marvin Clover for the Golf Course Superintendent position.

Commissioner Braun made the motion to hire Marvin Clover for the Golf Course Superintendent position. Commissioner Rost seconded the motion. Commissioner Rost asked for any other discussion; being none. 2 Ayes. 1 Absent (Commissioner Baldwin). The motion carried.

9:03 AM Commissioner Braun hung up the phone, therefore leaving the meeting.

9:06 AM Julie left the meeting.

9:06 AM Meeting Adjourned.
