The meeting was called to order by Mark Jacobsen.

Minutes and Circulation, Service, and Financial Reports:

Deb Barth moved, and Sharon Huether seconded the motion to approve the minutes from the May meeting. All in favor. Motion carried. Deb Barth moved, and Mark Jacobsen seconded the motion to approve the Circulation, Service, and financial reports for May, June, & July. All in favor. Motion carried.

Unfinished Business: The 5013c was discussed.

New Business: 

Mark Jacobsen moved to nominate Deb Barth for Vice Chairman and Rebecca LaCroix seconded the motion. All in favor. Motion carried.

Director Updates:

Summer Reading Program is over and was well attended. The library ceiling has been damaged by recent rainfall. Cameras & pricing for digitization project.

Announcements:

Closures – Monday, September 4, 2023, & Monday, October9,2023.

Next Meeting:

October 17, 2023, at 12:00 PM in the Fallon County Library Basement/EOC.
