Minutes and Circulation, Service, and Financial Reports:
Rebecca LaCroix moved, and Mark Jacobsen seconded the motion to approve the minutes from the April meeting. All in favor. Motion carried. Rebecca LaCroix moved, and Mark Jacobsen seconded the motion to approve the Circulation, Service, and financial reports for April & May. All in favor. Motion carried.
Unfinished Business: Rebecca LaCroix moved, and Sharon Huether seconded the motion to approve Kindle Lending Program, Library Records Confidentiality Policy, Longevity Salary, Meeting Room/EOC Policy, Memorial/Gift/On-Loan Policy, Memorial Purchasing Policy, Non-Resident Library Usage Policy, Overdue Materials Policy, Protocol Policy, Reconsideration Policy, Materials Selection Policy, Training Policy, Unattended Children
Policy, Vacation/Leave Policy, Volunteer Policy, Weeding Policy,. Wi-Fi Hotspt Policy is no longer needed. All in favor, Motion carried. Rebecca LaCroix moved & Sharon Huether seconded the motion to approve to approve the budget for fiscal year 2026, all in favor motion carried. Mark Jacobsen moved & Rebecca LaCroix seconded the motion to approve Fallon County COLA, all in favor, motion carried.
New Business: Appendix’s review.
Director Updates:
The board was updated on Summer Reading & Staff Updates. Federation dollars will be spent on membership fees.

Library closure: July 4, 2025

August 12,2025, at 11:00 AM in the Fallon County Library Basement/EOC.
