The meeting was called to order by (Charles) Lee Strait.

Absent:
Bruce Johnson – Vice-Chair
Minutes and Circulation. Service. and Financial Reports:
Deb Barth moved, and Mark Jacobsen seconded the motion to approve the minutes from the
April meeting. All in favor. Motion carried. Mark Jacobsen moved, and Deb Barth seconded
the motion to approve the Circulation, Service, and Financial reports for March & April. All in
favor. Motion carried.
Unfinished Business: Deb Barth moved, and Sharon Huether seconded the motion to approve
Fiscal year 2023 I 2024 budget. All in favor. Motion carried.
New Business:
Discussed the possibility of getting a new outdoor sign for the Library.
Discussed whether or not the Library needs a 5013c.
Director evaluation.
Director Updates:
Summer Reading Program is getting ready to start. Dolly Parton Imagination Library is now
open for enrollment.
Announcements:
Closures – Monday 29, 2023, Memorial Day. July 4, 2023.
Next Meeting:
August 8, 2023, at 12:00 PM in the Fallon County Library Basement/EOC.
