FIRE ALARM EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE
Bid Solicitation-Fallon County
Notice is hereby given; that the Board of County Commissioners of Fallon County, Montana, on the 12th day of August, 2024 at 11:00 AM in their office, at the Fallon County Courthouse will be soliciting pricing for the servicing/maintenance/inspections/testing and monitoring of existing Fire Alarm Systems Equipment within various county buildings
Servicing/maintenance/inspections/testing and monitoring will include Fire Alarms for buildings. No partial pricing will be accepted. Vendors must be capable of and include pricing to provide all services.
Each Alarm System location shall be priced independently for accounting purposes.
Contractors must be properly licensed by the State of Montana and if appropriate other agencies. All contractors must supply an Independent Contractors license (if applicable), proof of proper licensing, and provide a certificate of insurance for liability and worker’s compensation coverage or exemption. Liability coverage must be, at minimum $500,000 per occurrence/$1,000,000 aggregate.
Fallon County will hold a Mandatory pre-bid walk through of the existing Alarm Systems, on the 17th day of July, 2024 at 10:00 AM. Interested parties will meet at the Fallon County Courthouse (10 W Fallon Avenue-Baker, MT) at 10:00AM to be taken to the various facilities.
This bid packet includes Fallon County and Fallon Medical Complex-Hospital/Long-Term Care/Clinic.
