Came to order: 5:30 pm
Present: Roddy Rost, Kodie Olsen, Keith Rustad, Fred Houzvicka, Stephane Crisler, Michelle Gorder NRCS, Dave Kirschten- MSU Extension
Public Comment: none
Minutes: The minutes from the April 2025 meeting were approved.
Profit and Loss: Last month’s profit and loss was approved by Kodie and Fred.
Financial Information: Kodie made a motion to pay the bills as presented, Fred seconded, motion passed. The following bills were paid.

Old Business:
- Stephanie let the board know that everything is out of the HWY 12 building and over at the new building.
New Business:
- Stephanie gave her administrative report. Stephanie mentioned everything is set up for Terry for the strategic planning meeting. Michelle and Stephanie will figure out food for that day.
e Stephanie presented the board with the amount for surety bonds from the insurance store. Keith made the motion to for $5k up to $35k for 4 years, Kodie seconded the motion. Stephanie will get ahold of Jade and get it set up.
- The 4 moth CD will expire this month. Roddy will cash it out and deposit it into our Bank or Baker account.
- Kodie made the motion to hire Jessica Stark for the Conservation Coordinator position. $22.50 per hour starting at 28 hrs per week. Keith seconded the motion. Roddy will call all the applicants and let them know.
