Chairman Shaun Crisler called the meeting to order, Directors Dana Buerkle, Bobby Wiedmer, and Larry Steffes were present. Recording clerk Stephanie Crisler was also present. Director Cody Rieger and Chief Kalyn Bohle were absent
The minutes of the October 2024, Board of Director’s meeting were read and approved.
Motion was made by Director Larry, seconded by Director Bobby, and carried to pay the following bills:

Chairman Shaun asked for old business. He mentioned that DNOW needs the credit application updated to continue charging there. Director Dana Mentioned he spoke with Triple R Tractor & Equipment, and he will be done with the truck in a month. The board will decide what to do next meeting if there is no progress.
Chairman Shaun asked for new Business. He discussed the shower door seals at the community center that has been brought to his attention several times. The board will do some research and see what solution they can figure out to stop the water from running out into the bathroom.
There being no further business, Director Bobby made a motion to adjourn. The motion was seconded by Director Dana and carried.
