BOARD OF DIRECTOR’S MEETING

OF THE

PLEVNA RURAL FIRE DISTRICT

November 9th, 2023

Chairman Shaun Crisler called the meeting to order, Directors Bobby Wiedmer, Larry Steffes, Cody Rieger and Dana Buerkle were present. Chief Kalyn Bohle and recording clerk Stephanie Crisler were also present.

The minutes of October 2023, Board of Director’s meeting was read and approved.

Motion was made by Director Cody, seconded by Director Larry, and carried to pay the following bills:

             Chairman Shaun asked for old business. He discussed the quote from Adam for the pump and tank to put on the new truck. Director Cody made the motion to order it all, Director Dana seconded. Director Dana made the motion to get toolboxes also ordered and Director Larry seconded. Motions carried.

Chairman Shaun asked for new business. The outside damage to the community center was brought up. The board will decide what to do about that at a later date.

There being no further business Cody made the motion to adjourn, Bobby seconded.
