TV District Board Minutes– April 10th, 2025
TV BOARD MINUTES –
APRIL 10TH 2025
Attendees: Wayne Mangold, Randy Morris, Josh Lewis not present: Desiree Thielen
I. CALL TO ORDER
Wayne called to order the meeting at 4:00 PM
II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM LAST MEETING
Minutes were read from the last meeting. Randy moved to approved minutes as submitted. Wayne 2nd Motion carried
III. CLAIMS APPROVAL
a) Randy moved to pay outstanding accounts payable bills. 2nd by Josh. Motion carried.
IV. NEW BUSINESS
a) Wayne talked with Paul at Miles City airport – Paul said equipment building is ready to go and working on an agreement for the rental costs with Airport board. Paul is working on finalizing a service address for
location to provide to MidRivers.
b) Charlie has ordered the equipment needed in Miles City. Waiting on its arrival.
c) HAM radio group has decided to hold off on utilizing Bracket Butte internet connection
d) Property ownership and leasing agreements of bracket Butte location were discussed. May need to investigate a new agreement with property owner.
e) Discussed Southeast Electric planned power outage that took down channels for several days. Wayne spent several days getting channels back up afterwards. Signals seemed to have returned a little weaker
f) Discussed potential for addition towers for improved signal.
V. ACTION ITEMS AND ADJOURNMENT
ACTION: Waiting on Address and Board approval from Miles City Airport/Paul
