BOARD OF DIRECTOR’S MEETING

OF THE

PLEVNA RURAL FIRE DISTRICT

February 12th, 2026

Chairman Shaun Crisler called the meeting to order, Directors Dana Buerkle, Larry Steffes, and Bobby Wiedmer were present. Chief Kalyn Bohle and recording clerk Stephanie Crisler were also present. Director Cody Rieger was absent.

The minutes of January 2026, Board of Director’s meeting were read and approved.

Larry made the motion to pay the bills, Dana 2nd the motion. The following claims were approved to be paid:

Old Business:

Director Dana presented a quote from Direct Electric for $1,789.13 to fix all the lights in the mechanic’s bay. Director Bobby made a motion to have Direct Electric to fix the lights, Director Larry seconded the motion.

New Business:

Stephanie mentioned some drawers are broken in the community center. Chief Kalyn mentioned the air compressor for the SBA’s is not properly filling the bottles, he will call the company to come look at it.

There being no further business Director Dana made the motion to adjourn, seconded by Director Larry. Meeting adjourned.
