The meeting was called to order by Sharon Huether.

Lee Strait Called the meeting to order.

Minutes and Circulation, Service, and Financial Reports:

Deb Barth moved, and Sharon Huether seconded the motion to approve the minutes from the February meeting. All in favor. Motion carried. Deb Barth moved, and Mark Jacobsen seconded the motion to approve the Circulation, Service, and financial reports for February & March.  All in favor. Motion carried.                       

Unfinished Business: Rebecca LaCroix moved, and Deb Barth seconded to approve Complaint, Computer, Photocopy / Printer, Damaged Materials, Equipment, Gratuity, Hiring / Personnel, Materials, Holiday, Hours of Service, Interlibrary Loan, & Internet Acceptable Use Policies. All in favor. Motion carried.   

New Business: Policy review, Kindle Records Confidentiality, Longevity Salary, Meeting Room / EOC, Memorial/Gift/ On Loan, Memorial Purchasing, Non-Resident Library Usage, Overdue Materials, Policy Development Protocol, Reconsideration, Materials Selection, Training, Unattended Children, Vacation/Leave, Volunteer, Weeding, Wi-Fi Hotspot Policies. Budget review. COLA. Elective Roadmap to Library Excellence. Federation dollars

Director Updates:

The board was updated on the Federation meeting.

Announcements:

Library closure: May 26, 2025.

Next Meeting:

June 10,2025, at 11:00 AM in the Fallon County Library Basement/EOC.
