Minutes and Circulation, Service, and Financial Reports:

Mark Jacobsen moved, and Rebecca LaCroix seconded the motion to approve the minutes from the October meeting. All in favor. Motion carried. Mark Jacobsen moved, and Sharon Huether seconded the motion to approve the Circulation, Service, and financial reports for October and November. All in favor. Motion carried.

Unfinished Business:

New Business:  Draft a preliminary letter for Digitization Scanner and cameras.

                        Trustee Training-Julie Straub

Director Updates:

Certifications completed. Storytime attendance. Imagination Library.

Announcements:

Library closure, December25, 2023, January 1,2024, & January 15, 2024.

Trustee Training:

Julie Straub, Human Resources, provided training on Progressive Discipline Policy that is implemented by Fallon County.

Next Meeting:

February 13, 2024, at 12:00 PM in the Fallon County Library Basement/EOC.
