The meeting was called to order by Sharon Huether.
Present: Absent:

Public Comment:
None

Minutes and Circulation, Service, and Financial Reports:
Deb Barth moved, and Rebecca LaCroix seconded the motion to approve the minutes from the December meeting. All in favor. Motion carried. Deb Barth moved, and Sharon Huether seconded the motion to approve the Circulation, Service, and financial reports for December & January. All in favor. Motion carried.

Unfinished Business: Rebecca LaCroix moved, and Sharon Huether seconded to approve the Audio Visual, Behavior, CD Player Loan, Circulation & Claims Policies. All in favor. Motion carried.
New Business: Policy review, Complaint Policy, Computer Policy, Photocopier / Printer Policy, Damaged Material Policy, Equipment Policy, Gratuity Policy, Hiring Person Policy, Materials Hold Policy, Holiday Policy, Hours of Service Policy, Interlibrary Loan Policy, & Internet Acceptable Use Policy.

Director Updates:
The board was updated on completed projects in the library. National Library Week, April 6th-12th.
Announcements:

Library closure: February 17, 2025.

Next Meeting:
April 8,2025, at 11:00 AM in the Fallon County Library Basement/EOC.
