The meeting was called to order by Lee Strait.

Minutes and Circulation, Service, and Financial Reports:
Rebecca LaCroix moved, and Angie Ford seconded the motion to approve the minutes from the August meeting. All in favor. Motion carried. Deb Barth moved, and Rebecca seconded the motion to approve the Circulation, Service, and financial reports for August & September. All in favor. Motion carried.
Unfinished Business: Updated Policy was signed by trustees.
New Business: The Library Board of trustees discussed closing the Library November 28, 2025 and December 26, 2025. Rebecca Lacroix moved, and Deb Barth Seconded the motion closing the Library on November 28, 2025 & December 26, 2025. All in favor. Motion carried.
Director Updates:
The board was updated on Federation meeting, budget approval, Tracey Cook, state librarians visit to the Library. New trustee handbooks.
Announcements:
Library closure: November 11th & November 27th.
Next Meeting:
December 9, 2025, at 11:20 AM in the Fallon County Library Basement/EOC.
