secretary Jean Rost

Guests: None
Laurie Pankratz called the meeting to order at 5:32 PM.

MINUTES:
Minutes of the January 20, 2025 meeting were read. Shawn moved to approve and Clayton seconded.
Motion carried. There were no February or March meetings.

TREASURY REPORT:

Clayton made motion to approve payment of bills. Shawn seconded. Motion carried.
Old Business:
District boundaries: No changes
Back Flow Preventer: Kyle reported he had visited with Montana Rural Water and they have a licensed
operator.

811 DIG: Bill Whitney will check into becoming a member to 811 Dig. Jean will get the packet to
him.
Need to visit with Mike Gunderson about some service lines.
Montana Rural Water Systems Inc. : Clayton made motion to join and Bill seconded. Motion
carried.n
Jean will send in application. Water Operator: no changes
NEW BUSINESS:
Discussed the insurance policy with EMC Ins. Jean sent some new information over to Jade.
Time to adjust our water rates. Bill moved to make the 3% increase and Shawn seconded. Motion
carried.
