Laurie Pankratz called the meeting to order at 5:40 PM.

MINUTES:
Minutes of the November 18, 2024 meeting were read. Clayton moved to approve and Casey seconded.
Motion carried.

TREASURY REPORT:

Casey made motion to approve payment of bills. Clayton seconded. Motion carried.
Old Business:
District boundaries: No changes
Back Flow Preventer: Kyle reported he had visited with Montana Rural Water and they have a licensed operator.

800 DIG: No changes

Need to visit with Mike Gunderson about some service lines.

Water Operator: Kyle brought a membership form for Montana Rural Water and we will check into
that.

NEW BUSINESS:
Discussed the insurance policy with EMC Ins.
Kyle reported our lead and copper testing was messed up and he hasn’t received any communication
from the state on what needs to be done.
