Board Members: Shawn Lantis, Casey Rost, Bill Whitney, Clayton Graham and secretary Jean Rost
District Members: None
Guests: Kyle Rogge
Jean Rost called the meeting to order at 5:35 PM.
MINUTES:
Minutes of the June 16, 2025 meeting were read. Casey moved to approve and Shawn seconded. Motion carried.
TREASURY REPORT:
Checking Acct: $37,606.00
Savings Acct: $216,946.32
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE:

Shawn made motion to approve payment of bills. Bill seconded. Motion carried.
Old Business:
District boundaries: No change
Back Flow Preventer:
811 DIG: Bill Whitney is working on it. Laurie and Jean will help fill out necessary papers.
Need to visit with Mike Gunderson about some service lines.
Montana Rural Water Systems Inc. :
Water Operator: Consumer Confidence Report is completed.
Kyle reported our chlorine levels are running good.
Kyle needs more information about the water lines servicing the district to comply with the lead and copper report he’s working on to complete by 2027
NEW BUSINESS:
Kyle will be do some line locating on Russell St. MDU is replacing some gas lines.
