Laurie Pankratz called the meeting to order at 5:35 PM.
MINUTES:
Minutes of the May 20, 2024 meeting were read. Shawn moved to approve and Clayton seconded. Motion carried.

Old Business:
District boundaries: Need to contact the Secretary of State and proceed with adding Varner (D&D Oilfield) and Whitney to be included in the boundaries of the District.
Back Flow Preventer: No changes
800 DIG: Jean called Stahley Engineering and spoke to a Paul Herbst. He is going to check into setting up.
Holstine property standpipe: No repairs have been made
NEW BUSINESS:
No meetings were held in June or July due to conflicts.
Kyle was present and said he would be working on the survey of service line inventory for the Montana Department of Environmental Quality. It is to ensure that all the materials in the system are up to standards so no lead is in the water delivered to homes.
Public Water Supply Report: No changes 35 active connections: 6 commercial and 29 residential
Consumer Confidence Report: Completed and mailed to Helena June 25,2024.
Holstine standpipe: Had a call from the city that they had a request for water to be shut off and they couldn’t get on the valve so we called Mike Gunderson to have it checked out and repaired. Gunderson did get it turned off and said he would fix at a later time.
Discussed a water hydrant that is between Graham and Rustad property that does not have a meter on it and no shut off valve. Gunderson put a connection in for Randy Morris on his property and we need more information about this connections. Will talk to Gunderson and try to fix these connections at the same time.
