Monthly Meeting Library Basement June 16, 2025

ATTENDANCE:
Board Members: Chairperson Laurie Pankratz, Shawn Lantis, Casey Rost and secretary Jean Rost
District Members:None
Guests: Kyle Rogge
Laurie Pankratz called the meeting to order at 6:15 PM.

MINUTES:
Minutes of the May 19, 2025 meeting were read. Shawn moved to approve and Casey seconded. Motion
carried.
TREASURY REPORT:
Checking Acct: $37,785.76
Savings Acct: $215,467.38

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE:
Bills Paid:

Energy Labs $38.00
North Baker Water Sewer $300.00
City of Baker $2,473.55
Insurance Store $1,840.59

Shawn made motion to approve payment of bills. Casey seconded. Motion carried.
Old Business:
District boundaries: No change
Back Flow Preventer: Kyle reported he had visited with Montana Rural Water and they have a licensed
operator.

811 DIG: Bill Whitney will check into becoming a member to 811 Dig. Jean will get the packet to
him.

Need to visit with Mike Gunderson about some service lines. Montana Rural Water Systems Inc. :
Water Operator: Kyle Rogge will be sending in Consumer Confidence Report. We need CCR from
City to complete submission.
Kyle reported our chlorine levels are testing low.
Kyle needs more information about the water lines servicing the district to comply with the lead
and
copper report hes working on.
NEW BUSINESS:
Water rates for 2025-2026. Casey made motion to approve the water and sewer rates. Shawn
seconded. Motion carried. Jean will mail new rates to all water users in the district.
