Guests: Kyle Rogge, Malcom Johnson
Laurie Pankratz called the meeting to order at 5:40 PM. August meeting was not held.

MINUTES:
Minutes of the July 21, 2025 meeting were read. Shawn moved to approve and Casey seconded. Motion
carried.
TREASURY REPORT:

Savings Acct: $217,946.32

Clayton made motion to approve payment of bills. Bill seconded. Motion carried.

District boundaries: No change

Back Flow Preventer:
811 DIG: Bill Whitney will be meeting with Clint Calfell in Miles City to build the Imap..
Need to visit with Mike Gunderson about some service lines.
Montana Rural Water Systems Inc. :

Water Operator: Kyle reported he did 3 locates : Kings, MDU and Christiaens(Malcolm Johnson)

NEW BUSINESS: Rachelle Christiaens was present with her father Malcom Johnson to request
connection to water and sewer lines. We provided them with a map of existing lines and they will
need a licensed plumber which they said Mike Menger is doing the install and need to fill out an
application
for the District with a drawing of where the lines will be for approval of board.
