ATTENDANCE:

Board Members:   Laurie Pankratz, Chairperson,Casey Rost, Clayton Graham,Shawn Lantis,Bill Whitney, Lora Heyen and bookkeeper Jean Rost.

District Members:None

Guests: None

Laurie Pankratz called the meeting to order at 5:30 PM.

MINUTES:

Minutes of the January 15, 2024  meeting were read. Correction made to City Water bill amounts.  Shawn Lantis moved to approve and Clayton Graham seconded.  Motion carried.

TREASURY REPORT: 

Checking Acct: $35,190.24

Savings Acct: $201,624.97                            

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE:

 Shawn made motion to approve payment of bills.  Clayton seconded.  Motion carried.

Old Business:

 District boundaries: Need to contact the Secretary of State and proceed with adding Varner (D&D Oilfield) and Whitney to be included in the boundaries of the District.

Back Flow Preventer: No changes Jean asked Rick Schell stated that Alan Barth was trying to find someone .

800 DIG: Need to set up. Clayton took the information and will research

Holstine property standpipe:  No repairs have been made

 Laurie Pankratz and Clayton Graham filed for 2024 election.  These are 4 year terms.

Lara Heyen resigned from the County appointed position.  The board accepted her resignation.

NEW BUSINESS:

Rick Schell resigned as water/sewer operator effective 2/29/2024.He has recommended Kyle Rogge. We will contact North Baker about the contract and move forward with replacement. 

The City of Baker has written a new contract for their services.  We read and discussed contracts.  Shawn made motion to approve, Casey seconded.  Motion carried.
