ATTENDANCE:

Board Members:   Laurie Pankratz- Chairperson, Casey Rost, Clayton Graham, Shawn Lantis, Bill Whitney, Lora Heyen and bookkeeper Jean Rost.

District Members: None

Guests: None

Laurie Pankratz called the meeting to order at 5:30 PM.

MINUTES:

Minutes of the February 19, 2024  meeting were read. Bill moved to approve and Clayton Graham seconded.  Motion carried.

TREASURY REPORT: 

Checking Acct: $37,110.82

Savings Acct: $201,624.97                            

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE:

 Clayton made motion to approve payment of bills.  Shawn seconded.  Motion carried.

Old Business:

 District boundaries: Need to contact the Secretary of State and proceed with adding Varner (D&D Oilfield) and Whitney to be included in the boundaries of the District.

Back Flow Preventer: No changes Jean asked Rick Schell. He stated that Alan Barth was trying to find someone .

800 DIG: Need to set up. Clayton talked with North Baker and Broz Engineering set them up.  Jean will call Stahley Engineering.

Holstine property standpipe:  No repairs have been made

Election:  Received a letter of Cancellation of Election for May 7,2024 from the FC administrator.  Clayton Graham and Laurie Pankratz are appointed 4 year terms by acclamation.

Water and Sewer Contracts with City:  Jean turned the signed contracts in to city office.

Water and Sewer Operator: Jean contacted Billie Jo NB we discussed payroll for Kyle Rogge.  NB is checking with lawyer to see if the position has to be advertised so for now he will work temporary.  Kyle has agreed to the same pay for now.  He currently does more for NB in duties than he does for us.  We will need to discuss pay again later.  Need to check with Jade Boggs on how our insurance will cover because he will be using a personal vehicle and we subcontract him.

NEW BUSINESS:

District water and sewer rates need to be adjusted and notify users.  Jean and Laurie will work on the raise.
