Came to order: 12:30 pm
Present: Roddy Rost, Kodie Olsen, Keith Rustad, Fred Houzvicka, Stephane Crisler, Jessica Stark, Quentin Burdick, Dirk O’Connor, Cris Beckers, Michelle Gorder- NRCS, Veronica Grigaltchik- Conservation District Specialist, Terry Profota- Sage Solutions Nonprofit Consulting
Public Comment: none
Minutes: The minutes from the May 2025 meeting were approved.
Profit and Loss: Last month’s profit and loss was approved by Kodie and Dirk.
Financial Information: Dirk made a motion to pay the bills as presented, Kodie seconded, motion passed. The following bills were paid.

- Stephanie and Jessica gave their administrative report.
- Huft Water Rights was granted a five-year extension. Roddy made a motion and Keith second.
Motion passed. Jessica will need to send it off to Mary Hendrix
- Kodie made a motion to add Fred and Roddy on the grasslands account to allow their signatures. Keith second. Motion passed
- The acre counter still isn’t working, Jessica updated that we’ve been having producers send in maps when they are done to get acres accounted for.
- Michelle and Jessica had a few ideas thrown on the table for Education planning/outreach
