North Baker Water and Sewer District Meeting – May 2024

Attendance: Ken Griffith, Randy Hoenke, Kyle Rogge, Billie Griffith, Allan Barth
Opened RFQ’s for Engineering, received 2, one from KLJ Engineering and one from Brosz Engineering. The Board spent time looking through the information provided from the two firms and discussed qualifications of both.
Kenny moved to accept Brosz Engineering, Allan 2nd. All in favor. 3 Ayes 0 Nays 2 Absent (Quenzer & Moore)
Kenny and Billie Jo met with DOT via zoom about the Sandstone Creek Bridge replacement. They thought that any activity near our lines would be minimal, the most impact would be the grading of the area near the bridge which would remove some fill, but would be put back once the area was completed.
The Board then discussed the cleaning of the lift station, that we should get it scheduled for this summer.
Billie Jo stated that the CCR, Lead line survey and rate increase are all on her task list to complete.
