6:34 P.M. Call to Order
Roll Call – Establish Quorum:
Members present: Vaughn Zenko, Vice President; Cheyanne Dame; Jon Slagter; Lisa Espeland; Shelley MacKay Dean
Staff present: Brenda Wood, Fallon County Clerk & Recorder; Cindy Irgens, Recording Clerk; Megan Slagter, Executive Secretary
Absent: Carson Beach, President; James Franson
Approval of Minutes:
Cheyanne made the motion to approve the March 12th, 2024 Meeting Minutes with Shelley MacKay Dean name change. Lisa seconded the motion. Vaughn asked for any further discussion; being none.
5 Ayes. 0 Nays. Motion carried.
OLD BUSINESS
- Review Draft Planning Board By-Laws.
Discussed By-Laws. Lisa would like to have the by-laws state quarterly. Jon would like it worded as the first Tuesday at the beginning of each quarter. Discussed advertising public meetings.
NEW BUSINESS
- Discuss/Decision on official meeting day.
Discussed setting the date to the first Tuesday of each quarter.
Jon made the motion to set the mandatory meeting dates to the first Tuesday of each quarter. Cheyenne seconded the motion. Vaughn asked for any further discussion; being none. 5 Ayes. 0 Nays. Motion carried.
Upcoming Meeting-
- To be determined.
The Executive Secretary will call Board members on June 27th to determine if they will be able to attend either July 2nd or July 9th.
