6:34 P.M. Call to Order

Roll Call – Establish Quorum:

Members present: Vaughn Zenko, Vice President; Lisa Espeland; Michelle Gray; Carson Beach, President (called in); Shelley MacKay Dean

Staff present: Brenda Wood, Fallon County Clerk & Recorder; Megan Slagter, Executive Secretary

Absent: Cheyanne Dame; Jon Slagter

Approval of Minutes:

Lisa Espeland motioned to approve the July 2^nd, 2024 Meeting Minutes. Michelle Gray seconded the motion. Vaughn asked for any further discussion; being none. 5 Ayes. 0 Nays. 2 Absent. Motion carried.

Shelley asked about the progress of a Department of Energy electrical project. Vaughn reported on Grid United beginning the North Plains Connector at Colstrip; updated on several local projects that were completed through Grid United grant funding. Discussed windfarm plan that is currently in a testing period.
