BOARD OF DIRECTOR’S MEETING

OF THE PLEVNA RURAL FIRE DISTRICT

January 12, 2023

Chairman Shaun Crisler called the meeting to order, Directors Gary Lang, Dana Buerkle and Larry Steffes, Cody Rieger were present.  Recording clerk Stephanie Crisler was also present.  Chief Kalyn Bohle was absent.

The minutes of the December 2022, Board of Director’s meeting were read and approved.

Motion was made by Director Cody, seconded by Director Larry, and carried to pay the following bills:

                      Chairman Shaun asked for old business.  The board discussed the purchase of the new truck.  Director Gary motioned to order a new truck through Two Rivers Ford, Director Dana seconded the motion. Motion carries.  Chairman Shaun will call Quade at Two Rivers Ford and get the order process going.

     Chairman Shaun asked for new business.  Chairman Shaun mentioned that the Fire Department and Plevna Community Center needs Propane.  Director Dana motioned to have Prairie Fuels fills the tanks, Director Cody seconded.  Motion carried.

     Director Larry motioned to adjourn, Director Dana second.
