January 8th, 2026
Chairman Shaun Crisler called the meeting to order, Directors Dana Buerkle, Larry Steffes, and Bobby Wiedmer were present. Recording clerk Stephanie Crisler was also present. Chief Kalyn Bohle and Director Cody Rieger were absent.
The minutes of December 2025, Board of Director’s meeting were read and approved.
Dana made the motion to pay the bills, Larry 2nd the motion. The following claims were approved to be paid:

Old Business:
Truck #946 is completed and waiting to be picked up in Dickinson. The structure truck needs to be taken in to have the pump looked at next.
Dana updated the board on the truck purchased back in 2024.
New Business:
The lighting in the mechanics bay needs to be fixed. Dana will get in touch with Direct Electric or Badlands Electric for a quote.
There being no further business Director Bobby made the motion to adjourn, seconded by Director Dana. Meeting adjourned.
