BOARD OF DIRECTOR’S MEETING
OF THE
PLEVNA RURAL FIRE DISTRICT
September 11th, 2025
Chairman Shaun Crisler called the meeting to order, Directors Dana Buerkle and Larry Steffes were present Recording clerk Stephanie Crisler was also present. Directors Cody Rieger and Bobby Wiedmer were absent. Chief Kalyn Bohle was also absent.
The minutes of July 2025, Board of Director’s meeting were read and approved.
Motion was made by Director Larry, seconded by Director Dana, and carried to pay the following bills:

Chairman Shaun asked for old business. The insurance on the trucks and buildings was discussed again. The board will table the discussion until everyone is present. Director Dana mentioned the community center and hall needing propane. He will call and get it ordered.
Chairman Shaun asked for new business. The community center issues were discussed. Mayor Gary Thielen voiced his thoughts on the situation. The board is going to do more research and see what can be done.
Ther being no more business Director Dana made the motion to adjourn, seconded by Director Larry.
