TV District Board Minutes– March 12th, 2025

Baker/Plevna TV Board joint March Meeting
4 pm March 12 library Basement
Randy Morris, Wayne Mangold present Amanda Frickel absent.
Minutes unavailable from last meeting.

Motion by Wayne to have Randy Morris on Checkbook. Second Randy. Motion carred.

New Business.
Discussion about Co. Commssion proposal about dissolution of Baker and Plevna TV Boards.
Generaly well received. Commission will continue with process. Plan to have Commisioners
control TV towers with an advisory board. More to come. Commission will take over funding
with possible DES aid and Oil and Gas moneys.

Discussion about Miles City Internet host. Paul Grutkowski has a possible location for the MC
Tower near MC airport. Has internet and line of site to all translators. Still working on a host in
MC. Continue to move forward.

Wayne suggested that Randy and Wayne do a visual survey of the Baker TV district of current
users to help the accessors office in case the plan for dissolution does not go through this fall so
we can continue with current taxation procedure so we have up to date info for next physical
year taxation. We can also indicate residential, commercial designations for future reference.

Will begin when weather improves.
