Prior month’s meeting minutes were reviewed. No corrections or additions. Minutes approved.

Jim to meet with commissioners concerning indoor range cleaning contract. Scheduled for late September at a cost of $14,000.
Bid received from Direct in the amount of $2,000 to remove outlet boxes on rifle range.
Range management working to arrange time to install key fob system for entrance.
Open discussion concerning desire for scoria work in trap club parking area.
FWP archery/school education program discussion.

Old Business Closing

Rifle range work day needed for maintenance. Oliver to schedule.
- New target options discussed.
Gutter down pipes need replaced. Discussed using PVC pipe.
More classroom tables needed.
Local group starting up a Pheasants forever chapter in Baker. Board and range management has agreed to allow facility use for chapter meetings.
- September 13^th they will host a membership drive and fun shoot at the facility
Trap house could use a mini-split AC unit with increased use via all the improvements that have been made.
