Prior month’s meeting minutes were reviewed. No corrections or additions. Minutes approved.
18:15 | Review Old Business | Group
- Trap facility needs bump and run stand moved as its current position interferes with trap box #4. The stand is in danger of being shot and/or being struck by targets as well as being in shooters sightlines.
- Grant work is complete at trap club. Kirk submitted final paperwork online 4/30/25 with final tally @ $20,630.
- Jim is waiting to hear back on inquiry concerning entrance key fob update.
- Kirk to order 6 more pallets of clays.
- Round count total nearing time to complete backstop cleaning at indoor range. Jim and Shane are working to schedule cleaning.

- Trap range needs to be certified by ATA State Rep in order to hold sanctioned matches. Needs to be completed by 10-30-2025 in order to make the deadline for match scheduling.
- Bump and run tower needs to be moved asap for this and previously mentioned reasons of safety and trap range use.
