6:52 PM NEW BUSINESS
Budget Items/Meeting date
Jennefer said that Kimberly Jensen will attend our next meeting. She added Livestock Barn lights into our folders
to look at these ones are a lot less expensive than the others they sent her previously and will be able to be fixed
individually per Brian with Direct.
Derrick got an estimate from Direct on the power where the building was taken down. Derrick felt 4 pedestals
would be nice. Everyone discussed where would be a good placement. Jennefer did comment that she was
afraid if one was just standing out on its own where people drive it could be taken out. People drive through the
yard all the time and in the dark it could not be seen. Everyone then went outside and looked at the area and
where they thought they would be best placed. Matt is going to move the big rock over onto the berm.
Wendy asked again about the heating of the Barn. Derrick would ask him to come to the meeting next month as
he would be working with him tomorrow and we can ask him more questions.
Matt asked if anyone would be opposed to 3 loads of gravel. Everyone thought that was a good idea.
Derrick asked about the walk-in cooler door. He said he shut off the cooler when 406 was here but didn’t think to
open it. He asked if Jennefer would do that. She said she would try to get down there on Tuesday and open it.
Matt asked if there was anything else we needed to discuss. Matt asked for a motion to adjourn.
Next Meeting: Monday June 17, 2024, 6:30 pm at the Fair Office
7:23 PM Justin Koenigsfeld made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Derrick DeHaan seconded the motion. The motion
