March 4, 2025
Came to order: 5:30 pm
Present: Roddy Rost, Quentin Burdick, Dirk O’Connor, Kodie Olsen, Melissa Foster, Keith Rustad, Fred Houzvicka, Stephane Crisler, Michelle Gorder- NRCS, Dave Kirschten- MSU Extension
Public Comment: none
Minutes: The minutes from the February 2025 meeting were approved.
Profit and Loss: Last month’s profit and loss was approved by Kodie and Fred.
Financial Information: Quentin made a motion to pay the bills as presented, Dirk seconded, motion passed. The following bills were paid.
- Hwy 12 Equipment- March storage rent- $300.00
- Mid-Rivers Communications- Wi-Fi -$36.10
- Federal Tax Deposit- $389.06 (online)
- Stephanie Crisler- $1,918.34
- City of Baker- $20.30
- Rachel’s Accounting- $60.00
- The Badlands Patriot, Ilc- $30.00
Mark’s Consulting- $600.00
Old Business:
- Stephanie let the board know some items are out of the Hwy 12 building and in the new one. The board would like Stephanie to call MDIJ and see what the process is to get a meter to the new building. New Business:
- Stephanie gave her administrator report and let the board know strategic planning is moving right on track with Terry Profota. She also let the rest of the board members know she turned in her resignation last month. The board wants an ad put in the newspaper and ran for 2 weeks.
LBCD and NRCS had their local work group and had a good turnout and some good discussions.
Stephanie mentioned she talked to Jade at the Insurance Store about Surety Bonds. Jade gave her a form to fill out.
