November 12th, 2024
Came to order: 5:30 pm
Present: Roddy Rost, Kodie Olsen, Keith Rustad, Melissa Foster, Fred Houzvicka- phone, Stephane Crisler, Michelle Gorder- NRCS, Veronica Grigaltchik- DNRC
Public Comment: none
Minutes: The minutes from the October 2024 meeting were approved.
Profit and Loss: Last month’s profit and loss was approved by Kodie.
Financial Information: Melissa made a motion to pay the bills as presented, Kodie seconded, motion passed. The following bills were paid.
- Hwy 12 Equipment- November storage rent- $300.00
- Mid-Rivers Communications- Wi-Fi -$36.70
- Federal Tax Deposit- $510.48 (online)
Montana State Withholding- $19.00 (online)
- Stephanie Crisler- $2,277.46
- Gary Zumbrun Trucking- $900.00
- City of Baker- $20.30
- Rachel’s Accounting- $140.00

- Stephanie gave her administrator report.
- MACD Convention in November was discussed. Stephanie reminded Kodie to transfer over the $700.00 in case she hasn’t since the hotel rooms are reserved.
- Stephanie let the board know Frank is done with the dirt. Once we receive his invoice, we can get him a check. She also mentioned all the material has been picked up from Menards, except a truss. She also mentioned Shaun is ready to start on the building, he just needs the deposit.
Melissa presented the board with her letter of resignation from the board. Veronica said she would email Stephanie the correct steps that need to be done to accept it. Michelle mentioned she might know someone interested in joining the board.
- A virtual fencing workshop was discussed. The date January 29th, 2025 was mentioned. Little Beaver conservation district, NRCS and Fallon County Extension would all be included in the workshop. Kodie mentioned she will call Meagan with MSU and get back to Michelle and Stephanie. More details will be discussed in the following weeks.
Excusal of Absences: Melissa made the motion to excuse Dirk and Quentin, Keith seconded the motion.
