December 11, 2024
Came to order: 5:30 pm
Present: Roddy Rost, Kodie Olsen, Keith Rustad, Fred Houzvicka, Stephane Crisler, Michelle GorderNRCS, Dave Kirschten- Extension
Public Comment: none
Minutes: The minutes from the November 2024 meeting were approved.
Profit and Loss: Last month’s profit and loss was approved by Kodie.
Financial Information: Kodie made a motion to pay the bills as presented, Keith seconded, motion passed. The following bills were paid.
Hwy 12 Equipment- December storage rent- $300.00
Mid-Rivers Communications- Wi-Fi -$36.50

Old Business:
Stephanie discussed MACD Convention. She also discussed how the planning grant hearing went and let the board know LBCD was approved the grant to hire Terry Profota to help with our strategic planning.
New Business:
Stephanie gave her administrator report.
Kodie made the motion to purchase and trade in our No-Till Drill, Fred seconded the motion.
Keith will call John Deere and get that figured out.
There will be a virtual fence education day on January 22, 2025 in the afternoon of the winter Ag series. Stephanie and Michelle will work with Dave getting a flyer and all the details planned. Stephanie was given her yearly review. Fred made the motion to put $200.00 a month in a retirement account. Kodie seconded the motion.
Stephanie mentioned the yearly audit, and asked if the board wanted her to call Amber Lawler again. Kodie made the motion to have Amber Lawler audit the books, Fred seconded the motion. Stephanie will get in touch with Amber.
