Reimbursement to Kyle for attending the Rural Water Workshop;

Gaje Leischner from Tru Pipe Inc. sent a letter to clean our lines, (was told to hold onto for later)
Agreement Form signed by Griffith Excavating to start on project work.
We need more paperwork to update the Bank of Baker signatures on both accounts.

Shannon brought up an agreement form bond, he wasn’t sure if the board could void needing this or if we had to have from the contractors. Check with Darcy.
Needing paperwork for Robert Wood to become a board member notarized.
