Robert is our new board member; all the paperwork is done.
Performance Bond Received from Griffith Excavating.
Kyle still needs the CCR and Energy Labs copper report details.
Requested to transfer all of QuickBooks over to Shanya’s work on the computer, due to the laptop slowing down and not wanting to run properly. Also, a reimbursement to Billie Jo for paying for QuickBooks.
Approved by Kenny seconded by Alan in both situations.
Billie Jo requested Shanya get paid $400 instead of $300 now do to moving QuickBooks over to her system.
