North Baker Water and Sewer District Meeting – February 11th 2025

If we were to tie into the line at Bearpaw there would need to be a comprehensive report done. If the tie in was less than 19ft it could be classified as a maintenance but the tie in would be longer than that, needing another Brosz survey.
With the bids we will be putting in a 60-day payment policy (not sure that’s the correct way to word this) for work done. Tuesday February 18th at noon is the cut off for getting the bid information to the papers.
Opening of Bids will be March 11th at the courthouse, Randy thought he maybe able to be there for this.
We discussed the updating of names on the banking accounts, also mentioned getting a debit card for online purchases and subscriptions for the NBWSD.
Randy motioned and Alan seconded the Brosz bill to be paid, $3,425.00 Kenny sign the check.
Randy motioned and Alan seconded the approval on the invitation to bid, Bruce signed the invitation that is sent to Shannon.
