North Baker Water and Sewer District Meeting – January 14th 2025

Billie Jo and Shanya got the call list updated.
Ken found the maintenance list for the fire hydrants the fire department had given us; we have the supplies to fix the hydrant at Mitchell’s.
We need to order testing supplies. The water line material list needs to be done by the 27th, we need to forward the waterline material list to Sannon.
Ken mentioned to have us tie into the water main that got capped at Bearpaw as a secondary inlet to our system.
Shannon:
We went over the paperwork to get bids on, a rough estimates on what the bids should be.
We discussed which water shutoffs should be brought to the surface and concreted around.
Everything has been located; Manholes and Water shutoffs.
Discussion on the bid breakdown and we should be starting work in the spring.
