Chairman Shaun Crisler called the meeting to order, Directors Larry Steffes, Bobby Wiedmer, Bryce Huft, and Cody Rieger were present. Recording clerk Stephanie Crisler was also present. Chief Kalyn Bohle was absent.
The minutes of May 2026, Board of Director’s meeting were read and approved.
Cody made the motion to pay the bills, Larry 2nd the motion. The following claims were approved to be paid:.

Old Business:
Budget meeting with the commissioners was discussed.
New Business:
Chairman Shaun asked for new business. Purchasing the 4 DRNC truck beds was discussed. Director Bryce made the motion to purchase the 4 truck beds, seconded by Director Cody. Chairman Shaun brought up purchasing new radios from Chief Kalyn Bohle, since he wasn’t there. Director Boby made the motion to purchase 30 new R5 radios, 30 new R5 batteries and R5 mics. Director Bryce seconded the motion. Director Cody mentioned some fittings for the trucks were missing. Director Bobby made the motion to purchase the necessary fittings for the trucks, seconded by Director Bryce. Chairman Shaun mentioned some firefighters would like a few new coolers they take to fires. Director Larry made the motion to purchase 3 new coolers, seconded by Director Bobby.
There being no new business Director Cody made the motion to adjourn, seconded by Director Larry. Meeting adjourned.
