Chairman Shaun Crisler called the Special meeting to order, Directors Larry Steffes, Bryce Huft and Bobby Wiedmer were present. Recording clerk Stephanie Crisler was also present.

Chairman Shaun Presented the invoice from Thee Body Shop for truck #944. A motion was made by Director Bobby, seconded by Director Larry, and carried to pay the following bill:
