BOARD OF DIRECTOR’S MEETING

OF THE

PLEVNA RURAL FIRE DISTRICT

November 20, 2025

Director Dana Buerkle called the meeting to order, Directors Bobby Wiedmer and Larry Steffes were present. Chief Kalyn Bohle and Recording clerk Stephanie Crisler were also present. Chairman Shaun Crisler and Director Cody Rieger were absent.

The minutes from October 2025, Board of Director’s meeting were read and approved.

Motion was made by Director Larry, seconded by Director Bobby, and carried to pay the following bills:

The board approved to void check #4400 to TAB Electronics for $979.00 due to over payment.

Director Dana asked for old business. Adding the new truck to the insurance was mentioned. Recording clerk Stephanie will get the VIN number and call Jade to get it added.

Director Dana asked for new business. Stephanie mentioned 4 outlets in the kitchen at the community center are not working. Director Dana will get ahold of Direct Electric. The pump on truck 946 was also discussed. Director Dana will get a hold of the company previously used and see what they say.

There being no more business Director Bobby made the motion to adjourn, seconded by Director Larry.
